Today, we’re incredibly excited to share the next step in our journey.

Effective January 1, 2026, Ozark Commercial will officially become Snodgrass Real Estate.

This is not a sale. This is not a change in ownership. This is simply us stepping fully into the name that has always been ours — the family name we’re proud to put front and center.

The Snodgrass name better reflects who we are today and the kind of long-term, relationship-driven real estate company we will continue to be for decades to come.

What will NOT change:

• Ownership and leadership — it’s still just the three of us, personally involved every day

• Our team — you’ll keep working with the same people you know and trust

• Phone numbers, mailing address, and office location

• Our commitment to responsive, fair, no-surprises service

What you’ll start seeing in January:

• New signage throughout Manchester/270 Office Center

• Updated website, email addresses, and business cards

 

Dallas, Nicholas, and I are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve shown us, which turned our small family business into something truly special, and putting the Snodgrass name on the door feels like the most honest way to say thank you and to say we’re all in for the future together.
